  • PeaceJam

    Founded in 1996, the PeaceJam Foundation is an international non-profit centered around Nobel Peace Laureates mentoring youth to change the world. The organization works with 14 Peace Laureates to support 1.3 million youth in 41 countries in planning and implementing acts of peace. Sankofa Empowering Women in Ghana is a fully youth-led PeaceJam program.

  • West African Center for Peace

    The West African Center for Peace is the Ghanaian chapter of PeaceJam. They work to further peace-building implementation across nations, communities, and societies in West Africa. Their members serve as SEWING’s main representatives and liaisons in Ghana, particularly for partner relations and trips to Kopel la, where SEWING fellows are trained.

  • Atamba's Skills Training Center

    Atamba’s Skills Training Center is a Zebilla-based training center responsible for hosting the in-person training portion of the SEWING fellowship. Participants in SEWING wi l l receive mentorship in the creation of clothing and textiles at Atamba’s.

  • Rotary International

    Rotary International is one of the largest service organizations in the world. The mission of Rotary is to "provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill , and peace through fellowship of business, professional , and community leaders," which they have been doing for over a century, since 1905. The Rotary Club of Potomac-Bethesda sponsored SEWING on advocacy and education initiatives.

  • Billion Acts

    Billion Acts has created and upl ifted over 173 million acts of peace in nearly 200 countries across the globe. SEWING served as a Billion Acts featured campaign in March 2023, which involved targeted blog posts and promotion of SEWING’s impact on the broader Billion Acts community and network.

  • KAYADUA

    KAYADUA is a Ghanaian-based fashion brand dedicated to sharing culture and tradition through its accessory and clothing col lections. SEWING has partnered with the woman-owned and impact-focused company to receive 10% of al l profits stemming from their HOME col lection. As an organization focused on supporting young Ghanaian women, we attempt to have partners that mirror those ideals and identities.

  • Homba Mazaleni

    Homba Mazaleni is a South African advocate, influencer, and Miss South Africa Finalist who serves as a brand ambassador for SEWING. She highlights SEWING’s goals and our internationally-spanning efforts to her audience of 13,500 to expand SEWING’s network and the reach of our organization’s advocacy.

  • Lincoln Community School

    Lincoln Community School is a private international school in Ghana with a SEWING chapter. They brainstorm independent initiatives to further SEWING’s education and advocacy work from within Ghana.
